  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • We do not refund original shipping costs.
  • If you need a different size or color, you can request an exchange within 30 days.
  • Exchanges are subject to availability.
  • If your preferred item is unavailable, you may choose a refund or store credit.

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after receiving your return.
